Retail Exchange Policy - We offer an Exchange of items within the first 30 days after purchase but only with Receipt. Product has to be brand new with original tags and packaging.
Faulty Products - If a product is faulty and still within the products warranty period we will send it off to the manufacturer who will either offer a refund or a replacement.
